Jillian girl I am doing strentgh training and my weigh tloss is kinda wishy washy but i am so toned! my BMI is 30 but my body fat percentage is 29! So im scared because when i was in th emilitary ( my fittest my body fat was 22-24%! SO im trying to figure out what or how do i need to work this!

Go intothe recipe function in this site and put in all of your ingredients to the grits and see what u come up with then modify it to work with your caloric intake for the day ie....lower fat, leaner bacon bits, low cal cheese , i cant believe its not butter! Hey just some food for thought......Juniors sized clothing is for teenagers age 12-20 because their body has not filled out completely enough to become a missy! so therefore i think your junior size goal should change to a missy sized goal because we have come too far in womanhood and life to go back to juniors!

Well you are going to get various answers on this but IMHO i think that you are either not eating your calires back from exercise or that you are not eating enough of the right foods. but in all actuality your body may be transitioning and a month is yoru transition period! Some people have plateaued for 90 days!

Okay I take it back i am sorry. i had a bad day yesterday and took it out on you i guess. try things that you like and what likes you back. walk in moderation if you can stand it and eat a healthier, cleaner diet. The weight will come off eventually. Persistance pays off.
