I personally do faster sprints for shorter time and slower recovery for shorter time. my treadmill intervals usually look like this: 6.5 mph run for 30 seconds 9.5-12 mph sprint for 30 seconds 3.5 mph walk for 1 min repeat. so 2 mins per cycle, ususally do 5-7 cycles for a total of 10-15 mins. I have a pair of new balance tights that are super warm. I also like the under armor stuff although it's usually pretty pricey. Target's champion gear is pretty awesome. I have a zip up jacket type thing that is super warm but not bulky.

I have flat feet and a lot of the minimal shoes hurt my knees cause there is no shock absorption. I love my new balance 890's. they have tons of padding and support but they are still super light....and they come in some AMAZINGLY CUTE colors!!

My cardiologist told me to cut out caffeine too because i was having terrible heart palpilations. Switched out my daily coffee for green tea and love it. I've always had the iced green tea, but I just started drinking hot tea in the morning.

agree with the weights, but not the small part. but yes....lift!! it'll help with your running too! but noticing the trend in serious runners....none of them have boobs, *kitten*, or hips. so...you're probably going to be SOL if you're running a lot.

I think you're doing fine. your body would tell you if you're working out too much. as far as the weight loss, at your weight the lbs are going to drop faster. when you start losing more you'll start losing slower.

i usually have 2 a day. one in the morning for breakfast (plain, since im usually running out the door) and then one on a salad or just at night as a snack. and I definitely eat the whole thing! the yolk is the best part!

I saw one on pinterest where you take a paper towel or toilet paper roll and make a dent in it so it looks like a heart. Then you can dip it in paint and it's like a stamp almost. could use it to make valentines for their favorite person/role model.
