oh yeah... there are a few women who i think look awesome obviously, but there are 2 that i've seen that can lift a ton. i like to think i have decent strength for being small, but these 2 women lift double what i do...its amazing.

i have mine set to maintenance, so about 1800 a day. i figure if i keep to this AND work out i'll be at a deficit. if i burn more than 600 cals i make sure i eat a little extra to net over 1200. i havent really been logging that religiously, i just try to make good food choices on my own.

i didn't mean you won't lose any body fat...but your body is going to get rid of more muscle than fat giving you the soft/skinny-fat look

you will lose weight, but not body fat. the scale will tell you a smaller number but you won't have the ideal "skinny" body.
