I don't do squats at all....just cardio really.

cheat days for me are when I go 200-300 calories above my recommended amount (2370) And even on cheat days I still do 65 minutes on the elliptical. On good days I stick around 1600-1700 calories plus the almost 1100 calories I burn on the elliptical. edit:maybe I should add originally weighed 305lbs now I'm down to 229ish.…

I've only started using MFP a while ago myself, I've lost 70lbs. since early 2013 (down from 300lbs.) My final goal is 200, right I'm shooting for 209 to get in to the LASD Academy if all goes well I'll lose those last 10 pounds while I'm in the Academy.

I'm confused by what they mean by Net like today for me. 1. Goal:2370cal. 2. Food: 1107ish (more like 1200 after some raisins and a glass of light Lemonade.) 3, Exercise -1030 (should be a little more cuz I lifted weights for 20 minutes.) 4.Net:77 I don't get it.

Lately I've also been listening to Disclosure's "Settle" Album, good stuff and lyrics speak to me personally which is even a greater motivator.
