I only pre-log on Wednesdays, because I have volleyball, which burns a TON of calories. If I don't log it early on Wednesdays, I end up WAYYY under on calories and then I feel like it's "ok" to pig out at the end of the day. Otherwise I log as I go. As far as your friend goes.....hahaha, all I can do is roll my eyes.…

yogurt with granola, smart ones egg mcmuffins (210 calories) instant oatmeal, fruit.....All these are really easy to do.

I don't think so. When I do sushi I just get a spicy tuna roll, clear soup and the side salad with ginger. It fills me up, is incredibly yummy and then I'm not over doing it with calories.

I really like bud select 55. (55 calories compared to bud light that has about 100) A lot of people say it tastes watered down, but I love it. Especially if you put a slice of lemon in it. Yummy!

Yes, which is why I always bring my IPOD. People are less likely to get into a conversation with you if you have headphones on....even if they're not on. hahaha
