Try something like a stability ball with resistance bands. They are fun an you can use at home. I got one at target for about 22 bucks, it came with dvd, ball, pump and band. pretty good workout and there are alot of things to do with this ball. resistance bands are awesome. jumping rope is great and also doing pushups,…
