I lost a bit over 7kgs in the past month (I was 84kgs and last time I weighed in at 76.9kgs) from just walking (and some squats). So in 4 weeks I lost 7kgs just walking and eating healthy. When I started my weightloss journey I had massive thighs... That's where I store most of fat and is always the last thing to lose weight on(also it genetic). But I've been doing ALOT of cardio and I'm starting to see changes after 3 weeks which is a shock to me. I now do 2 hrs cardio on the treadmill. Hope this helps

I walk/run on my treadmill 2 hours each day. I do high inclinations and hiit workouts on the treadmill as well
