I just went wedding dress shopping, and it was fun! And yes, the sizes are crazy. I had to try on one or two sizes above my normal size, so don't freak out :). Suggestions? Drink about 2 L of water daily. I promise it will keep the bloat down :).

Make little goals for yourself everyday instead of just looking at the big one (exp. today I will drink 2L of water, today I will eat fruits and veggies for snacks, etc). It seems that you may be quite thin from your profile picture. I would check your body fat percentage. Having too little fat can cause irregular periods or a ceasing of periods all together.
