I would calculate your time walking and time lifting at your 2nd job and then create an exercise called '2nd job' and add that to your cardio workouts on the days you work maybe?

Log your foods honestly, even if it is a lot of calories and you want to hide it, it doesn't matter it will open your eyes to nutritional values. Build up a friend base for support (Feel free to add me btw :smile: ) check out their diaries for food ideas so you don't get bored of eating the same things day in day out.…

I agree, without starving yourself this is not going to happen! However, if you stick to healthy eating and exercise you should still get a great loss by August and even if it's not a loss in weight then it will definitely show in inches (which is what most are really aiming for) Good luck! :drinker:

Yes once I get to the 5K mark I will be concentrating on the speed as I don't really want to be the last one across the finishing line. I do however want to be covered in mud from all the obstacles :laugh:
