I am glad to hear this, sometimes my meals will end up over the amount of recommended sodium than my minimum and I worried a lot. Also people talking about processed food is not good for you, yada, yada. But this ease my worries, thank you for sharing!

I feel the same way. Also when my picture is taken it's hard to believe I look that way. I feel less obese than that! So when that happened, that's when I stopped taking picture of myself. I am glad you brought this topic, I finally feel I can find commonality with other people.

Well, I might not be the one to help you set up a plan for you. However, this website can set it up for you to make your own plan.
