hey y'all: I am looking forward to hearing all the great ideas you may have about eating clean. I just can't make myself eat clean, maybe my tastebuds are too jaded from all those years of junk food, but healthy food just seems BLEH. So add me and teach me your ways. :wink:

YESS!!! that works for me. Friday is my shock day. I normally don't go to gym on Friday and do a video or pilates or whatever I feel like. As far as meals: that requires a bit of thinking. I am usually the household manager on weekends, so I have to think/take account of what everyone in my house wants to eat. But…

YESSS!!!!! finally accomplished the challenge. did the planks......took FOREVER i kept letting my leg touch the floor when it got too difficult Squats....somehow made it Water.......OMG that was the worst...I had to set a timer on my phone to keep reminding myself to drink it I hope I am not too late to claim the challenge…

~*~My Goals~*~ 1. Eat Clean: NO Junk Food Portion Control 2. Workout in some form Everyday 3. Lose 12-15 pounds 4. Do some form of flexibility workout (Yoga/Pilates/Ballet Beautiful) 2X a week 5. Do some form of weight training 1X a week I know it seems VERY ambitious, but lets aim for the stars :)
