If you want to manually change it on MFP go to "MY HOME", then to "Goals" and undo the automatic MFP settings. I know I had to up my protein on here a bunch and just recently reduced my carbs drastically too.

Let's just post this morning's weight as a challenge... 127.0 Looking to lose 4lbs this month :D I think I can do it though.
-
I stay more motivated when I weigh in almost daily, but then again I don't get defeated if I'm 2lbs heavier that night than in the morning. Just stay real with yourself about body fluctuations.

Planning is the only way I stay away from sugars. I have to make it the focus of my meals when I look up recipes for the next day and such but it pays off immensely and I learn what ingredients I can always go to.

Pain is temporary (Regret isn't so temporary) You won't feel the pain of working out or the cravings of food you're missing out on a month/year from now after you've lost the weight and you're on maintenance :D You WILL however feel the regret if you decide not to stick with it.

127.0 Not that great but I'm officially back on track and will be going into March strong :) Great job everyone!

I had one removed from my shoulder about 5 years back. it was quick, painless. Only sucked having to put so much sunscreen on the spot for the next year after.

Butt or calf massage... Don't laugh at the butt massage thing until you've tried it. It was AMAZING back when I was dancing.

I love love LOVE Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter with strawberries. It's a go to snack for me, completely addicted. When I'm on the go I'll mix 2T PB with no sugar added applesauce and it's pretty awesome too :)

Replace your sneakers every 6 months or so, maybe get some inserts as well? Personally back when I was dancing 20+ hours a week I took a Glucosamine supplement for my knee pain and it helped a TON!!

Love Love Love :D Keep it up! Having plans set in stone like that is the numero uno way for me to stick with things, you wake up everyday knowing exactly what you need to do and there's no excuse not to!

For how little you weigh? No, I don't think you should be losing more than that. I typically weigh around 130 and adding or taking away sugars like that doesn't really affect me till a while of doing it. When you have such little weight to lose it's going to be much harder (sorry, it sucks but I'm right there with ya).…

You know what I just started incorporating into my diet? A free day. You may not need a whole day, but how about if you stick to your diet for an entire week then you can have a predesignated amount of chocolate ONE day a week. It's a start, and after a while you'll feel guilty about even indulging in the chocolate, you'll…

I don't know how vinegar affects the metabolism and such but I KNOW that I've read somewhere (I don't remember where, sorry) that vinegar helps slow the digestion of carbs, which will help you to feel fuller for longer and I THINK also keep your blood sugar more stable because of the slower digestion of carbs... Correct me…
