I started IF'ing Jan. 2nd of this year, My goal is to lose 10 lbs a month in which I have already met my January goal. I started fasting for 18 hours and feasting from 12 noon to 6pm everyday. I incorporate doing fasted cardio in the mornings three times a week and then strenght training on the same days in the evenings…
