I stayed within my calorie goals today. 548 Calories burned. Walked 4.32 miles at 4.27mph. Pace was 14:02 per mile. :-) Great walk tonight! Be back in touch in a few minutes ladies. You do need to take measurements to find out your baseline. Document those measurements on your weigh in page. You don't need to post them on the forum yet unless you want to. I can definitely relate. I'm the wife of a Marine veteran and current cop. One of my goals is to "Rock that Dress" at the Marine Corps Ball in November. I've already lost 37 pounds so far, so I think I'll be able to wear a figure fitting gown then...I can't wait, especially after years of going to the ball carrying around…
