Sculpting a Masterpiece w/ Pic's - 10 Month Progress Report
I am a work in progress. I’m that ugly lump of clay that’s being molded by my maker. It was messy and without form at first, but over time and through taking away the excess clay and adding to other areas where needed, I’m shaping up to be something beautiful. One day I'll be turned into a masterpiece. It takes time and…

Orange-Cranberry Spread - Great for turkey sandwiches & pani
Description: This spread is a great compliment to oven roasted or smoked turkey sandwiches or panini's. It's often served during the holidays at restaurants with their seasonal sandwiches, but I like it year round. The traditional orange-cranberry relish uses whole fresh cranberries, oranges with peel and no seeds, and…

Carbs, Protein, & Exercise…How to get the best out of your
I'm relatively new to MFP and have been exercising now for two months. Several times I've heard that carbs fuel exercise and protein repairs muscles.
