Hi, am also a new mum, 30yrs old and have packed on a lot of weight from pregnancy, 3 month after having my daughter I think am slightly heavier so am looking for support to try and get down to pre preg weight! :)

Hi, am new to this and would like to be friends. I have a 3 month old daughter and is trying to lose the baby weight and then some I have out in since having her. I absolute love food, my biggest vice being chocolate!
