I am 5' 4". I started in Feb. 2011 at 242 lbs. and I am currently at 180 lbs. My goal is 150 lbs. This is me at 242 lbs. (in the black top) This is me now at 180 lbs.

I started my diet on Feb. 9, 2011 at 242 lbs. as of right now I am at 179 lbs. so it is possible...my best advice to you is limit your carbs (I eat 25 grams or less a day), and drink lots and lots of water.

Yes it is water weight...you should drop it toward the end of your period or in the week after.

I am getting it after work today, would love to start on Monday. Maybe we could all post our weigth and measurements....and do that each week and post a before and after pic.
