Just water and protein powder is awful. Monday, Wednesday, Friday & most Saturdays I strength train with freeweights. Then run 5k on Monday and Saturday. And lastly I walk whenever I get a chance.

I have found through trial and error, that my body adapts to my "diet" pretty fast. I see results for a few weeks, it slows, then stops. So I cycle. Cycle carbs, calories, eating patterns.
