I have this problem too. Breakfast and dinner are great but I am usually stumped when it comes to lunches. Oh my Jesus ---- 2 to 3 hrs A DAY!? I sure feel lazy now (Usually I'm at 35 to an hour MAX) lol. Count me in! My things will be: 1) Walk at least four miles a day (Already walk two, to and from work) 2) Drink a little less tea (Currently at 5 pots a day) and more water. 3) And I know it's lame.... I'd like to be able to add one pushup to my daily routine everyday.

I usually keep it pretty much naked or half a teaspoon of brown sugar and a splash of milk. Sometimes some mixed berries if I am feeling the sweet tooth.
