Definitely a lot of fresh fruit/ veggies. I also love twizzlers & Quaker rice cakes. I would be careful with too many frozen meals do to the amount of sodium in them. :smile:

You may need to eat some more calories. If you are working out a lot, your body needs more energy. It may be going into starvation mode.
