    ♥ So I have been doing Spin for 4 months now.. LOVE IT!! SOOO ADDICTED!! I decided to sign up for classes at a SPIN STUDIO. They have all kinds of different Spin Classes... I signed up for CLUB SPIN. It's actually set up in a club setting with Strobe lights and a Dance music. I'm SOOO EXCITED!! Just curious if anyone has ever taken a Spin class from one of these Studios??

    I live in California ( inland empire) So I don't know if they offer them anywhere else... I'm sure they do...

      They don't have anything like that here (that I'm aware of), but it seems like a lot of fun!

      I just did spinning class for the 2nd week in a row last night at my Gold's Gym here, and I LOVE it!!! What a great workout!!! I am going to try the RPM class one of these evenings (It's a Les Mills version of Spinning). It may even be an hour long instead of the normal 45 minutes. :noway:

      I love spinning!! The gym I was taking classes at quit having spin class :cry: So now I'm trying to find another one, I miss it!

      It's a great way to burn tons of calories!

      Hey everyone!!

      I have actually NEVER done any type of spinning... can someone tell me a little about it? How many calories can you burn in 30 minutes or so? Is it hard?

      I HATE STAIRCLIMBERS so if it is anything like that, I might pass....

      Spinning looks totally awesome. That sounds like amazing fun so have a good time.

      This! That is totally what I thought of!!! I plan on starting RPM this summer as soon my dr clears me for exercise! And I love your siggy line about sneaking up on skinny.
