Thanks. Very helpful. (What I could follow, anyway.)

If you have a fatty liver it is.

You might see a doctor about your discs. I had a deteriorated disc but didn't know it until it showed up on an x-ray. Carrying extra weight for many years was rough on my back. A PT can teach you how to strengthen your core either way but be careful of sit-ups which can cause further damage.

Exactly!

me either

I am proof of that! I try and test myself before weighing my food to see if I will guess correctly and I never do. I also forget what the number was on the scale if I don't write it down immediately. Either my short-term memory is wack or my head is full of other concerns. If I eat out I am doing lots of guessing and it…

Me too.

I started three months ago, lost 30 gained some back and am almost at minus 30 again. I am also doing low-carb. I am not always strict about the IF. Sometimes I eat past 8 pm if I am hungry and didn't have time to eat enough during my window. I have gotten to the point that I can tell hunger from "the snackies" and I try…

Hi! Great to hear your story. You are a beautiful person. Congratulations on your endurance.

I have one pair of jeans in every size. Working my way down. One size down, 3 to go. It takes me about 15lbs to comfortably drop down to the next size down. Pretty much everything else I got rid of.

I have the Happy Scale App (which some kind soul on MFP recommended) and it looks the same and saves my sanity.

I can definitely relate to the emotional eating aspect as well as the up and down fluctuations. Moderation doesn't work for me. My brain doesn't moderate so I have to set clear boundaries, like not eating sugar or flour. That is the only way I have found that I can get off of the self-imposed roller coaster ride. Send me a…

You look fantastic! Congratulations. That was a lot of work. I am almost half way to 60 and battling to keep it up, so I appreciate your endurance.

Hi Susan, I, for one, am under one day and above the next so hopefully, we can all keep moving in a downward direction and change the name to getting below 140! We have pretty much the same WOE. Five

Thanks, everyone. I am only 3 months, minus 25lbs in. I have a ways to go still to even reach my overweight stage. Over the last 2 years, I crept up to extremely overweight. In the past doing CICO, I could barely drop 10lbs over a year. So, with low-carb, I am thrilled to have lost what I have and have hope that I can…

You look fantastic. Lean is also attractive. You look like a baseball or basketball player.
-
You are gorgeous!
-
You are ready to take up modeling.
-
Ok. I'll never look that great but maybe kinda close B)
-
You look fantastic! I hope to look like you one day (with a little age though). I am also a low carber. Do you mind my asking, how tall are you?
-
I am adding all three of you, if that's ok. I have been doing IF for 3 months and low carb as well. I am really enjoying it but the evenings are challenging at times, when my family is snacking during a movie or while playing games.
-
I am doing the same approach. I will add you.
-
You look exactly how I hope to. Excellent work!
-
Woohoo! I did it. Today the scale said 149.4! Now not to go back up and keep going down. I still have a ways to go cause I'm short. Good luck everyone.
-
Back to the subject of progress pics. I took some yesterday but couldn't get them to load from my phone. Uggh.
-
@baconslave, I just assumed the negative woo was from some culture I am not from and means boo.
-
Cheering you on!
-
Yes, most definitely in the Woohoo, Good job, Fantastic, etc. sort of way. But I have recently understood woo is negative to some people, so I will stick with other compliments in the future!

I am blaming it on my doctor and physical therapist. Once I start listing all the medical reasons that I need to lose a little more, they get bored and drop it.
