How long is it safe to do IF?
Hi All, I have been doing IF for about three months now, (18:6) and have been really benefiting from it. I was wondering how long it is safe to do it. I'm not in any danger of losing too much weight at this point.

I used to love meat, but now I'm tired of it.
I used to love meat. I couldn't seem to eat enough. Now the thought of it makes me a little nauseous. Does this mean I am eating too much protein? My diary is open and I am open to suggestions. I also seem to be at a weight loss plateau.

I am really having a hard time staying under 30 carbs. I am a small person and need to lose 40lbs. I was wondering if I should subtract the fiber from my carbs. One ounce of oatmeal or a small mandarin orange usually blows the day for me.
