Questions about maintenance

I am getting fairly close to my goal weight by eating below 30 g of carbs a day. I don't want to continue to lose at the rate I have been losing and I don't want to gain it back either. I would love to have some advice on how to maintain my weight loss without getting too thin. I have thought of going to below 50 g of carbs on weekends. I also don't eat after 8pm (except for very rare exceptions) because I tend to binge in the evenings. I have never been able to lose this quickly so I don't know what to expect.

You can continue at 30 carbs and not eating after 8 pm if that suits you. Just eat more calories in protein and fats. Ketosis makes weight loss easier for many but does not actually cause weight loss. Think about it.... If ketosis caused weightloss, all the people here who have chosen a ketogenic diet for life would have continued to lose weight. The same is true for the experts in the field such as Phinney, Volek, Westman, D'Agostino to name a few. Ketogenic lifers maintaining their weight. The same/opposite is true for the keto body builders. They gain weight during their "bulk" via increasing calories while maintaining a ketogenic state.

If you are ready to quit losing but do not know your maintenance calories try increasing calories 50 to 100 every couple weeks until you quit losing.

Strength/resistance training and taking an RMR test to determine your exact calorie needs would get you there. I've safely been floating between 227-229 for a while now. I continue to drop the body fat but it's replaced right away with lean mass which is great. RMR got me to my exact safe zone.
