Hi Dorian - I started at 348 - about where you are and I am now at 261. Wishing you the best of luck on your loss - but you may want to try a smaller goal to start (possibly 50-100lbs) so it's not so overwhelming. :)

I buy Nature's Harvest Multi Grain bread - 40 calories a slice (for 2 slices it will be 80 calories and 9 net carbs). And the best part is it tastes good!!! :)

Having MORE money -- not only could I not walk in the malls (was in wheelchair for almost 2 years), but really the only things that would fit me when I did go to the malls were shoes, earrings and perfume (and of course the food court).

Every morning I would have 2 philly soft pretzels, a minute maid orange juice and a tastycake (usually butterscotch krimpets). Ughhh - the carbs for my mornings alone were ridiculous!!! And then every night I would have at least 4-6 red solo cups of Turkey Hill iced tea. LOVED MY CARBS!! Haha

I have lost all of my weight eating out - I haven't cooked in 10+ yrs. Of course I stick within my macros as to what I choose - but it can be anywhere from a salad to a double cheeseburger to mac and cheese. 85lbs gone eating what I want :)

I have sleep apnea - the first month was hard getting used to it - but 2 years later - LOVE my cpap. I never slept so good!! We lost power during storms here this winter and I couldn't sleep without it!! Definitely get fitted again - it'll be the best sleep you've ever had once it's fitted right :)
