I eat whole foods as my snacks. Also I like to bake so I bake healthy gluten free muffins, corn bread etc. Bananas are big on my list I buy like 7 bundles a week.

A calorie is a calorie is not my idea of health. The more raw the better. Gods food is perfect in everyway. The mentality that a calorie is a calorie is why we have so many obese people in the world. Even our nutritionists preach this and it's not true or helpful in my opinion.

bodyrock.tv is my favorite free site and of course youtube. I have also done Insanity, Chalean Extreme and I'm currently in the last 2 weeks of Tapout XT, also all the Jillian Michaels DVD. I love the sandbag videos on youtube because I own one. Also the Ugi ball is nifty and has a workout book that comes with it.
