The single most thing my doctor has said to me in my life is "If it hurts, don't do it." This is mostly tongue-in-cheek after I've injured myself, but I think it applies to when you're working out too. Sore is okay, but pain is not.

Thirteen weeks is twenty-six pounds, so that's my goal. I'm not sure if I can reasonably expect to lose two pounds a week when my overall weight loss goal is thirty-four pounds, though. I know the less you have to lose, the harder it is to lose.

Hi. New here, but not new to weight loss. I'm 21. I have 34 lbs to lose to my goal weight, but 30 would be okay too factoring in muscle gain. I am determined to reach my goal, and stay there this time. Last summer (the one before this one) I got close, and blew it. Not going to happen again.
