I am up for that too, we had a huge fire in Bastrop TX (less then 15 miles from my house) and I already donated all my clothing but I will do a case of water for every lb lost to the fire relief. And as for the challenge posting I just repeated the one from last week (great way to get my cals up for the flight :wink: )

I have socked this last two weeks and on 10/1/11 I am at 146.8... I am going to change my goal to 138.9 for the end of Oct.. I think I will have a better chance of staying at it if its a goal I can make. I see so many losses, and so many so close to their goals already congrats to all of you

OMG I am so sorry team, I have had prob with my computer, I have been able to log in on my phone, but no able to get into forms. I have been kicking but, water 8 glass's every day, 100 crunches everyday, under cals everyday and pygmy everyday. I will be back in the morning :)

I am in the same boat. I know I do it to myself... I am in LOVE with bread and sugar... Think this will be my mini goal this week, cut at least one each day. I was the same yesterday (monday) and now today I am up a lb :( but I was under cals, over water and I did pygmy. with 100 crunches to start it off :)

oops *100 crunches and 52 planks* I did 200 crunches, over water, under cals thanks to a 2.5 hour walk/jog for my 5 mile run. and pygmy check.

Hello, I cant believe that I did not post yesterday. Kick myself hard for that one. So sorry... For both days I did pygmy, had 8 glasses one day and 9 today. Also I have been under on cals :) I did weights yesterday and 6week 6 pack today :) Plus 50 crunches yesterday and 75 today. hope everyone is having a great night :)
