pheww....doing exercises later at night tends to be more tiring! Haha.
Did Bushman exercises for day 3, plus the four minute video. Under cals, and over water. Still working to get 10 a day, and STILL working to start drinking more water earlier in the day and not drowning myself by 7-8 every night. HA.

So sorry I haven't checked in lately! Here's the update:
Thursday~completed basic exercises, good on water, but was over my calories.yeah, bad evening at football games..I'm sorry.
Friday~Completed bushman exercises, good on water, and under calories.
Today (Sat.) ~completed basic exercises, half my water, and will see on calories (getting ready to head out to a wedding..ugh, so hoping I do ok!)
I've done 100 out of 500 crunches so far. I will check-in in the morning to update my calories for today and remaining crunches. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!0 -
I didn't see the plank challenge till this morning. I did them through out the day today. Geez, I am hurting. I got the pygmy done, water drank, calories under and I ran 12 miles today, so I got the 5 straight. So I think that means I covered all points I could possible get. Hope I didn't miss anything.0
