I am sorry to tell you guys that KnottyJen is not going to be able to finish out this challenge with us
My mother in law will be taking her place for the last portion of the challenge. Her name is LibbyBelanger and I think most of you guys have her on your friends list. She will be starting off today.
We ended up with 195 points for last week! We are already out for the bonus weekly points for exercise. That means we all need to try extra hard to stay under calories and over water this week to make the extra 5 points up there. Luv_lea and I showed a little weight gain this week. As a team, we earned 6 extra points for weight loss.

Good morning team!
I had a fairly good day yesterday (Tuesday 9/20); Pygmy exercises done, 5K done, and 200 crunches complete so far! Only thing I didn't do so well on was water...uggh! Two short, and I need to keep working on this one! But, on brighter side, had been slacking since my 5K race and felt great to jump back into running/gym time!!

I just wanted to apologize for having to jump out. Life is incredibly stressful right now and I feel like I've been slacking and haven't been able to give you all my best efforts. I wish you all good luck and hope you finish on top!!!!

Looking good ladies some of you have already hit the 200 mark on the crunches! Remember that if you are doing pygmy you only need to do 200. If you are doing the bushmen then you need to do 400. Of course, you are always welcome to go above and beyond though!
For those of you that look at the spreadsheet I wanted to explain how I will be tracking Libby's weight. Since KnottyJen was with us for the majority of the event I will keep her weight on there. I know what Libby's starting weight is and if she changes at all then I will MINUS that amount from KnottyJen's last weigh in. So it will still have KJ's name on it and her base weight but if libby drops 1 pound I will take that away. Make since?0 -

My friday was busy, but good.

I am not happy sunday is going to be a rest day (I will have to workout anyways to stay under on cals, we are throwing a party for a friend, I ordered the cake and pizza yesterday... Yes you heard me right pizza and cake... boy o boy the cake looks amazing... wish me luck0
