  • I find that I do pretty well staying between 50 and 100 calories for my between meal snacks. That being said I eat between 1400 and 1500 calories a day and do 25 minutes to an hour of high intensity workouts. Hope that helps some. :smile:
  • It is a Jillian Michaels dvd that you do every day for 30 days. You progress through 3 levels throughout the 30 days. Depending on your fitness level you may not get through all 3 levels but that's ok too. It's a good workout at whatever level you are. I have the dvd and it gets a little mundane listening to Jillian talk…
