Well first, congrats on your weight loss and lowering your BP.....I know first hand that HBP is an ongoing battle. I am struggling with mine for past few years and I am determined to reach my goals and get off these meds but again....congrats to you.

Ok lets see. I blame Native New Yorker for them damn wings, I blame lemon and cream cheese cupcakes, spicy Doritos, nachos...oh I can go on and on....But the truth of the matter is, Blame is on my lack of will power! So I am womaning up!!!!

Funny, I was just trying to find how to log it when I finished my Zumba work out...LOOOOVE IT!!!!!!! I looked it up online and it appears that it burns between 400 - 600 calories per hour depending on intensity.

I agree and I am a little guilty of getting caught up in the app on my galaxy tab because it just allows me to post my activity and I can't view what the other members are doing unless I physically grab my computer and log into my laptop. When I notice that, I make sure to offer extra support to my group.

Thanks Keisha. You are right and although I have a Facebook account, I don't even log into it but maybe once or twice per month just to check in with friends time to time. It's important to be here for each other when we have been trying to win this fight for a min and as I say, "trying to find our way back to sexy".

I love natural things so for things such as joint pain especially from working out, I soak in epsom salt and lavender in a hot bath. For energy, Wholefoods stores sell B-12 pills you can let dissolve under your tongue that works pretty fast.
