Me too. They make waffles and cereals for breakfast- the cereals fill me up pretty good, if I eat them with a piece of fruit or peanut butter toast. They taste good too. Haven't tried the waffles yet though...

I like to drink yogi tea bedtime tea. It has a nice flavor and it is very relaxing. I also drink yogi cold season tea in the winter, not the best flavor but it warms you up inside!

I have felt that way when I walked also but I was too chicken to try running. I just started a program I looked up on line to jog 30 minutes by the end of 8 weeks. I just finished my first week of walking 6 minutes and jogging 1 minute and I thought I would die after 30 seconds of jogging. I hope it will get easier.…

That is great! I just started an 8 week runniing plan and I can barely run for a minute! One day I hope to be able to run 3 miles---thats great!

I usually make soup or stew in the crock pot. Its pretty simple to just throw in any vegetables you like and brown some meat or add already cooked meat and then add broth or gravy. I get ideas from searches online adding or omitting what I want.

I have a frozen fruit smoothie/protein shake and peanut butter toast, but you don't have to eat only "breakfast foods" for breakfast.
