i feel your pain lol. what helps me is green and mint tea with sweet & low/splenda & some skim milk or soymilk. it definilty curbs my appetite. just be careful with the sweet n low, its not too healthy in the longrun. May want to consider detoxing the body once a month to get rid of the aspartame. (fyi)

Also, i have no idea who thought it would be beneficial to anyone to try and delete/mark as spam my previous topic message. Please everyone, be mature...everyone is entitled to their own methods of weight loss, as we are entitled to our own opinions. You cant block out everyone who you cant agree with from your 'life' or…
