Low carb does keep blood auger low but if you exceed your calories for the day you will gain weight. Low carb while being on a low calorie diet works best for a cut or leanness.

Milk Is awesome! I drink 2% organic valley everyday. When I workout in the morning I make a quick drinkable meal with milk oats and whey. When I'm on a a cut I do drink almond milk but while milk taste the best.

O man o man You need to spicy up your chicken breast! I take sweet chile glaze the breast and bake for 35 mins in 310 degrees and my chicken comes out moist and yummy. You can also use brown mustered and put it all over the chicken and back it for some yummy taste lol I suffer to long for eating boring chicken! Now I love…

You will be fine. I have a cheat meal once a week. On Sunday actually lol and I eat over 1,000 calories that I don't add to my macros. I'm still losing weight :)

Hello 3 days a week and your program looks good. To get tone,ripped/lean it's all about diet. Know your calorie intake for the day and subtract 200 to 500 calories. :)

I think you can eat at maintenance and increase your cardio for a leaner look. I been reading a lot about leaner is all about reduction of calories.
