I know right? The thought of dieting and exercising from here until eternity kills me. However, the thought of gaining another 30lbs every year because I'm being lazy and eating whatever I want kills me 10x more.

I've tried pole dancing and it's tons of fun! Great upper body workout. Check to see if they have classes in your area.

Wow! Good for you guys!

I just want to get down to 147. At that point I will be at a healthy BMI and a body shape that I'm comfortable with. Plus I'm hoping that it wont be too difficult to maintain.

I just finished insanity. It is a lot to deal with in the first few weeks. My calf muscles were so sore I could barely walk. However, it got better. Just do as much as you can do but don't push too hard. You will find that each week your endurance will increase and you'll get better and better at it. It is a good program…

You might need to up your intensity, length, or frequency of your workouts. Also, are you strength training? Muscle burns fat quicker!

I need friends too! I'll befriend you:-)

I like the slim fast double-dutch chocolate snack bars. Chocolaty, satisfying, and only 100 calories.

There is some strength training involved but it's mostly cardio. The majority of the strength training comes from the push ups, plank work, and squats. There's also an ab workout.

I'm doing insanity for the 2nd time and I love it as well. It's very intense but a great workout. It's a great way to build up your endurance. The program gets more and more intense as you go so that you wont plateau. I would recommend it.

Blueberry bread pudding from the Rusty Bucket or a box of Godiva chocolates!

I also aim to slim down a bit but I'm not aiming to be "thin". I am 5'5" and I started at 167 and my goal is 147. This will put me at a healthy BMI and a body type that I can feel good about. Once I hit that goal I may decide to keep going. Either way I will work to maintain my new healthy weight. I feel it is more about…

Yay for you!!!

Good for you! I'm doing insanity now and then will do px90 next. I hope my results look like yours!
