Thank you for posting! I have almost the identical starting and current numbers as you (like 1 lb difference), and I am having trouble with looking in the mirror and not seeing a difference....you have inspired me to take some pics of my self to be able to see the difference! Thanks and great job!

I just started using Almond Milk, like two weeks ago! I love it for cooking! It cuts the calories from using skim milk by more than half (I use Almond Breeze unsweetend vanilla) I haven't just poured a glass and drank it though! But I didn't do that very often with skim milk either!

Monday 5/2/11 Weight: 222.8 (Down 1.6 lbs!) Neck: 15 (same) Waist: 40.5 (Down1.5 inches, but I think I was bloated last week!) Hip: 46 (Down .5 inch) Rt.Thigh: 24.25(down 1/4 inch) Left thigh: 24 (down 1/2 inch) Overall, a good week!:smile:

Thursday challenges done! For my 60 minutes of movement yesterday,I walked the entire downtown area of Raleigh. It was actually more than 60! Now on to Friday's challenges!

Sunday was horrible, as far as my diet and logging was concerned! But great in every other way! I don't let one day get me off track anymore though. Today its right back to eating the right foods and logging every morsel that touches my lips!

My pet peeve, is when people are so in to watching other people's form,habits,clothing,make-up,effort level at the gym,that they obviously aren't getting a great work out themselves. Pay attention to your own work out, leave the people who have also paid for the right to be there to their workout! No wonder so many people…

Well it was, to be down 30 lbs by the time I go back to my home town for a visit, on May 14. But I am only 1 lb away from that goal right now! So I have to rethink this goal!

Don't let people thinking that they know better, give you another headache! But if it does, take it from a chronic migraine sufferer, Excedrin is the best! Probably because it contains all three common pain killers (asprin, acetametaphine, ibuprofen) as well as caffine!

Just had to buy new bras! I have lost 28 lbs total so far. When I was fitted for my new bras I had lost a band size (2inches) and one cup size.

Natures Own and Heiners both have 35 calorie sandwich bread. Whitewheat also has 100 calorie hamburger and hotdog buns. Joseph's has a great pita that is only 60 calories for the whole thing. All of these can usally be found at Walmart or other grocery store. In the bread isle, and the Joseph's are in the bakery section!

I also am not a fan of "Fishy fish". I love Swai. Its an extremely mild white fish. I get it a Wal-Mart . Its also only 70 cals per fillet.
