I've had it as a literal substitute for Spaghetti. I had it at Ruby Tuesday. It was DELICIOUS! Although the marinara sauce had meat in it, but you could totally omit that!

Sorry I missed last week, I was out of town and only using my phone to log calores, so I had no access to the message boards. My weight for this week is 218. Which is up from my last weigh in but considering I actually gained 3 lbs from my time out of town, I am glad I have already lost two lbs of that weight.
