I weigh in this morning at 140.8, finally a real loss :happy: mostly because I did'nt have a big blow out on the weekend.

I have put 2lb on this week, we have been away @ our friends house in Halifax. What a beautiful area, we went for long walks, Friday we went for a four hours & i ended up giving my daughter a piggy back rides. I had a lovely time. Now i am home i can eat better.
I have just looked @ my weight ticker & it says i have 20kg (44.1lb) to get to my weight goal. That is a lot but i will get there in the end.0 -
I can't weigh in this week or next week most likely because of anniversary/birthday stuff...I am still working out so I am TRYING to be good. It is just those few days that get me! Good luck everyone...you're doing great!0

nybor101 i have done the same thing, we had a wedding on Saturday with full 3 course meals then a grand buffy (can not spell it) in the evening. i ate all of my food from the 3 course & did eat a fare but more than i needed to in the evening. I will have to see if i have lost any tomorrow morning. Back to work from now on holiday is over for me now.0 -
Just letting you guys know I'll be weighing in late--tues/wed. I just had a birthday, and ended up celebrating the entire weekend. Tomorrow ill start fresh, drink some water to get any excess salt out of my system, and hope to have a true number. I apologize in advance in this is a problem. :0
