    I may be a month too late to join in ... but I'd like to at least try the daily challenges. I definitely need to drink more water. My starting weight is 143. Would like to be down to 133 by September 24th, the day I get married. :smile:

    You can join whenever, just adjust your goal for the challenge accordingly :)

    MONDAY CHALLENGE:
    Dance! Dancing= can burn calories, so dance for 30 minutes. I done loads of dancing over the weekend but not on monday
    Under calories= no idea
    8 cups water = well i know i hit this one 12 cups

    TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
    12 cups of water = under
    Under Calories = over

    WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE:
    8 Cups Water = 10 cups
    Under Calories = ?
    30 minutes of cardio exercise = none today
    I have not been doing very well, I have just found out where going to visit some close friends (i'm not meant to know) for 5 days & i know i will be eating very healthy meals. I'm excited now.

    875 left for dinner. I think it is safe to say I will be under!!!!!!!!!!!

    Congrats to those in the top 5 this week, well done!!!

    I am having a much better week this week and am actually looking forward to weigh in, been adding in a couple of kms on the treadmill each night and it seems to have made a difference. Just have to keep it up now.

    Eating back my calories is hard because I'm a binge eater. Once I start I can't stop.

    Weigh in for today: 178.2!! Yay in the 170s now! I seriously was in the 180s for 8 long months, and it feels good to see 170s..:bigsmile:

    I have my birthday Thursday, that day will be a rest day but may spend that weekend doing various activities and I might be off track until next monday, and I may expect a gain..hoping some walking over the weekend will help minimize the damage!

    Anyway, your all doing well 4 more weeks to go! :smile:

    Not weighing in today because of TOM. I'm sure I'm carrying a bit of water weight because my pants feel snug. We'll call it even for the week, and I'll be drinking lots of water this week.

    I weigh in this morning at 140.8, finally a real loss :happy: mostly because I did'nt have a big blow out on the weekend.

    Great job on the losses everyone!!

    CW = 184.3lb (83.6kg) + 2lb
    01/08/11=182.3lb (82.7kg) - 2lb loss
    25/07/11 = 184.3lb (83.6kg) +
    18/07/11 = 182.8lb (82.2kg) -
    01/11/11 = 185.8lb (84.3kg) -
    GW = 177.4lb (80.5kg)
    I have put 2lb on this week, we have been away @ our friends house in Halifax. What a beautiful area, we went for long walks, Friday we went for a four hours & i ended up giving my daughter a piggy back rides. I had a lovely time. Now i am home i can eat better.
    I have just looked @ my weight ticker & it says i have 20kg (44.1lb) to get to my weight goal. That is a lot but i will get there in the end.

    I should be lower as i gained 2lb not lost. So I have only lost 3.1lb I think. Sorry for being a pain
