Current/goal by LD. My goals are roughly based on what I lost between June and July, set them slightly less to accommodate any platau that might occur, I just like them to bs realistic. According to Loft size chart (dying for a dress there) I will be a size 10! Just a size above my goal for dec 1st !!!0 -

Which is where I've been for what seems like forever.
However, it's a new week, and I am determined to exercise every day (something I don't really like to do) and get in 8 glasses of water everyday (another thing I don't like to do). Let's see if that makes a difference.
