    Hmmm. Honey flavored Greek yogurt comes in a container that is 6 servings. I had to try one more time. Nope still can't eat just 1 serving. CRAP

    All is as of July 1st, I will re-measure this Monday. Everything is in inches and lbs
    Start weight - 181/171
    Arms-13.5/12.5
    Chest-38.5/38
    Waist-31/29.5
    Abs- 34.5/32
    Hips-43/41
    Legs-23/21

    Current/goal by LD. My goals are roughly based on what I lost between June and July, set them slightly less to accommodate any platau that might occur, I just like them to bs realistic. According to Loft size chart (dying for a dress there) I will be a size 10! Just a size above my goal for dec 1st !!!

    Tuesday went wrong as i was very sick o well
    Wednesday under cals badly but loads of water
    Thursday I feel so much better now. I think i better get all the house work done that needs doing. There is so much, choices where do i start. Music needs to go on to get the motivation going. 2hrs to get the house sorted before the kids will be home.

    Which is where I've been for what seems like forever.

    However, it's a new week, and I am determined to exercise every day (something I don't really like to do) and get in 8 glasses of water everyday (another thing I don't like to do). Let's see if that makes a difference.
