    2 bananas, dried apricots, mustard greens, baby carrots, corn on the cob.
    Have to take my dog for a walk so that dinner doesn't put me over.

    Ughh I missed last weeks weigh in!! Things have been a bit hectic for me as my Husband has started a new shift at work which involves him working night and afternoon shifts and also weekends which has thrown me out completely :explode: I think I am such a creature of habit and I like my routines, now I just have to get used to this new one!! My weight has been going a bit up and down the last few weeks anyway so I did lose but I'm probably back where I started anyway :blushing: I will update on Monday.

    Congrats to everyone who is doing so well, awesome work!!

    Yay :drinker: im still in the challenge list, on the last one i was so far behind everyone by putting weight off & on. I will lose the weight this time :noway: i will not be beaten this time.
    I can not weigh-in on Monday but should be able to on Tuesday (please be a loss)

    I work around food. Brownies, donuts, chips, cookies, and candy.
    eating less more times in the day and lots of water.
    under calories. DONE
    14 cups of water.
    Hour and a half at the gym.

    I missed last week's weigh in because I was in Chicago for a cake decorating class and didn't have access to a scale. I am now a chaperone at band camp, and again, don't have access to a scale for our weigh in tomorrow.

    However, I did weigh myself this morning, and . . . . . . .

    the scale said . . . . . .

    I couldn't believe it. I managed to lose weight while I was in Chicago by making good food choices during the week. I am so thrilled. I don't think I've been this weight in about 17 years, and I must say, it feels pretty amazing!

    The other chaperone's at camp (at least those that have come the previous two years along with me) all have commented about how great I look. What a boost of confidence! I still don't "see" it in the mirror, but I certainly realize it when I go to put on clothes and they just don't fit any more.

    Good luck this week everyone. It should be interesting for me. I have less control over my food choices as we are on a college campus staying in the dormatory. We'll see what happens, and I'll be fine if I manage to stay the same for next week.

    I am down a pound this week to be at 188.5 pounds ! I am 2.5 pounds away from losing 50 pounds ! I am hoping to get close to the 50 pounds next week !

    Okay - now I am moving in the right direction - scale said 154.6 this morning and I can only attribute that to going on the wagon this week and no wine Monday to Friday!!! (my worst vice!)

    I so wish that 4.5 pounds wasn't on top of vacation weight gain. :laugh: I'm having a beast of a time now trying to get back into the 140s though.

    CW = 182.3lb (82.7kg) - 2lb loss
    25/07/11 = 184.3lb (83.6kg) +
    18/07/11 = 182.8lb (82.2kg) -

    GW = 177.4lb (80.5kg)
    I went away camping for the weekend & i ate stuff i would not normally eat. I moved all the camping stuff over to where we were going to be (car park to grass area) it was so hot. My daughter now likes piggy back rides so i got my exercise in there as well.
    I drank so much water over the weekend, yesterday i drank 6pints of water @ home but so much while packing the tent & putting the tent down (it was in the 25oC outside the tent) kids kept trying to help but got under foot bless them

    Forgot to check in yesterday-I weighed myself on Friday and I was down 2 lbs from 173.8 to 171.8! Woo hoo! Great job everyone!

  • I may be a month too late to join in ... but I'd like to at least try the daily challenges. I definitely need to drink more water. My starting weight is 143. Would like to be down to 133 by September 24th, the day I get married. :smile:
