The day I joined in and posted weigh-in
was the weekend before the GRkids came.
I have been weighing regular to try to stay on track
but hasn't been easy with them around.
I'm back on track and back to the gym on Monday.
I haven't been at all this month and I feel it!

Why thank you! However I'm not there yet. But this way you were the first. lol. Dancing is cardio so the happy dance is good no matter what.

I just wanted to share my weight loss story with everyone ! I was looking at pictures of myself at Christmas of 2010. And i was like why did i ever let myself get to be as big as i was in this picture about 3 days later i started dieting and working out and about mid January one of my good friends she was telling me about myfitnesspal and my life has not been the same ever since ! I have lost 45 pounds and i am doing things now that i never thought that was possible for me to do . But i know now that i am capable of anything that i set my mind to doing ! I have 60 some more pounds to loose but i am confident that i can do it this time and i will do it ! Sorry for saying so much !0

Pretty much the same here. I started in January 2011. I am now a diet conscious exercise person. I love MFP it is always here for me YOU guys are always here for me. Some of my friends DON'T care that I'm losing weight and they sure don't want to hear about the gym or challenges or walking well you guys get the picture. I just want to say thanks to everybody here for you support and sharing in my journey !!!!!!

Not doing so well here!!! Weighed in at 159.1 this am. Not a mystery really as I have had way too much company and way too much rich foods and way too much to drink! Going on the wagon as of today. Let's see how it affects the scale next week!0

I fell off the the fitnesspal wagon, was still running and hitting the gym but not checking in here. I am back, must get this extra weight off for vegas.0

FINNALLLYYY I completed a daily challenge lol . I went to bootcamp for an hour and its a mix between cardio and weight training, so I am going to count that, and then I have drank water all day, minus my morning cup of joe
So this is actually my first time to weigh in, got busy and simply forgot the past 2 times. Its night right now, so I know my body is a little heavier than if it were morining but here we go ( this is for 2 weeks, my last weigh in was on the 13th, so almost 2 weeks)
Weight- 182 vaction wieght, +1lb
arms- 11.5 ? that honestly doesn't seem right, but I will take it -2in
chest-38 same
waist- 31 same
belly-35.5 +1in
hips-42 -1in
legs-22 -1in
I would say this is a happy check in. Not super thrilled about the weight or tummy, but I assume that is vaction weight and I can shake it off0 -
