Today wasn't so good on the daily challenge.
I have gotten about 6 cups of water in today, maybe can squeeze in another 2, but bedtime is soon (I hope!)
I ran around town all day, briskly walking stores, and trying to park as far as possible. I did make it to the gym and when I got there my clumsy self slipped (on water I presume) and I fell on the treadmill, and bruised my side, so my walk last all of 1 min.
I will get back on track tomorrow, just a tiring day!0 -

I had not eaten since 3pm & after work @ 9pm I gave in to the temptation of Pizza last night & ate almost a hole regular stuffed crust pizza, bar one slice. I think i might of mucked up my weigh-in this week0

I ate Pizza from Giovanni's last night. I allowed myself to indulge but not over my calories. I got pizza because I love it!!!!
We eat Subway or some where like 3 times a week. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel.0 -

We went to Dairy Queen for a treat after swimming. I couldn't resist!!! But I ordered the smallest Blizzard and shred it with my 2 year old. My plan was to exercise more once he was asleep but I fell asleep, too... therefore, no extra exercise but also no late snacking. And I stayed under my calories. Yeah!!!0 -

I was away on a cruise the past week so I wasn't able to check-in last week. I hope I wasn't taken off the spreadsheet! My post-vacation weigh-in is 156.5 pounds, which is up, WAY up. *sigh*0
