    If you haven't posted your weight for the week, do it soon! I want to get that spreadsheet up for you guys!

    I weighed in at 167.4 this week, which is .6 pounds down. I can't complain about the number, but it's more of my fluctuations that I am getting SO sick of.

    The first challenge I did lose a dozen by Easter I lost 15lbs.Our last challenge inches for independence. I only lost 5lbs for the whole thing. I have already lost 10lbs for this challenge.

    What I am getting at is- I love these challenges and the friends I have made. I can look back when I seem to not be losing and be ok with it. I don't just give up like I have done in the past. So good luck everybody and remember tomorrow is a new day. Thank you for being here for me. lol

    MONDAY CHALLENGE:
    Do 30 minutes of cardio=Done
    Do 15 minutes of weight training=Done
    Under calories=Done
    8 cups water=Done

    Whoo hoo!

    MONDAY CHALLENGE:
    Do 30 minutes of cardio : Done
    Do 15 minutes of weight training : can i count caring stock from the storeroom to the front of the shop ie packs of bottles of coke etc
    Under calories : have no idea
    8 cups water : done went well over today. 4 bottles of 50cl water, 3 pints of water, 2 cups of tea & i think i had some more.

    TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
    12 cups of water : behind @ the mo
    Under Calories : i have not eaten much today, i think in going to have some soup to bring me up near my cals.

    Tuesday got half! I was under cals, but i didn't keep track of my water....I could have hit 12, that's all i drank but i will assume closer to 8-10!

    2 bananas, dried apricots, mustard greens, baby carrots, corn on the cob.
    Have to take my dog for a walk so that dinner doesn't put me over.

    Ughh I missed last weeks weigh in!! Things have been a bit hectic for me as my Husband has started a new shift at work which involves him working night and afternoon shifts and also weekends which has thrown me out completely :explode: I think I am such a creature of habit and I like my routines, now I just have to get used to this new one!! My weight has been going a bit up and down the last few weeks anyway so I did lose but I'm probably back where I started anyway :blushing: I will update on Monday.

    Congrats to everyone who is doing so well, awesome work!!

    Yay :drinker: im still in the challenge list, on the last one i was so far behind everyone by putting weight off & on. I will lose the weight this time :noway: i will not be beaten this time.
    I can not weigh-in on Monday but should be able to on Tuesday (please be a loss)

    I work around food. Brownies, donuts, chips, cookies, and candy.
    eating less more times in the day and lots of water.
    under calories. DONE
    14 cups of water.
    Hour and a half at the gym.

    I missed last week's weigh in because I was in Chicago for a cake decorating class and didn't have access to a scale. I am now a chaperone at band camp, and again, don't have access to a scale for our weigh in tomorrow.

    However, I did weigh myself this morning, and . . . . . . .

    the scale said . . . . . .

    I couldn't believe it. I managed to lose weight while I was in Chicago by making good food choices during the week. I am so thrilled. I don't think I've been this weight in about 17 years, and I must say, it feels pretty amazing!

    The other chaperone's at camp (at least those that have come the previous two years along with me) all have commented about how great I look. What a boost of confidence! I still don't "see" it in the mirror, but I certainly realize it when I go to put on clothes and they just don't fit any more.

    Good luck this week everyone. It should be interesting for me. I have less control over my food choices as we are on a college campus staying in the dormatory. We'll see what happens, and I'll be fine if I manage to stay the same for next week.
