Chocolate Marshmallow fudge 41 calories
Marshmallow fudge
1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cups fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/3 cup mini marshmallows
2 whole reduced fat graham crackers broken into bite size pieces
line an 8 in square pan with foil and coat with cooking spray, set aside. in a heavy saucepan over low heat melt the choco chips with milk, stir until smooth. stir in vanilla. fold in the marshmallows and graham crackers. pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. cut into 48 pieces

YUM! I made these tonight but substituted fat free vanilla wafers instead of the graham crackers bc I couldnt find any reduced fat. DELISH!!!!0

they are really good, but it's difficult to eat just 1. I also recommend playing around with the recipe, substituting almonds for the marshmallows was an idea I thought of. The red fat vanilla wafers were really good instead of the graham crackers (I couldnt find red fat graham) I'm not exactly sure about the WW points but for 41 cal I would assume just 10

I attempted this, but didnt have all the ingredients. I tried to use skim milk instead. They turned out too sweet and mushy. Will need to get all the right ingredients and try again. R they supposed to be hard like fudge?0
