I am down a pound this week to be at 188.5 pounds ! I am 2.5 pounds away from losing 50 pounds ! I am hoping to get close to the 50 pounds next week !0

I went away camping for the weekend & i ate stuff i would not normally eat. I moved all the camping stuff over to where we were going to be (car park to grass area) it was so hot. My daughter now likes piggy back rides so i got my exercise in there as well.
I drank so much water over the weekend, yesterday i drank 6pints of water @ home but so much while packing the tent & putting the tent down (it was in the 25oC outside the tent) kids kept trying to help but got under foot bless them0 -
Forgot to check in yesterday-I weighed myself on Friday and I was down 2 lbs from 173.8 to 171.8! Woo hoo! Great job everyone!0

I may be a month too late to join in ... but I'd like to at least try the daily challenges. I definitely need to drink more water. My starting weight is 143. Would like to be down to 133 by September 24th, the day I get married.0
