Weight: 148
Waist: 34
Biceps: 11.25
Neck: 13
Chest: 38.5
Thighs: 22.75 (both)
Hips: 360 -
TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
10 cups of water - Done with some extra! Whoo hoo
Under Calories - I did not get under calories, however I do sit on a ball at work all day that I dont count and I lifted for 45 minutes and no calories were take off for that either so I am betting if those were counted that I would be under but still not to these standards

My aim is to lose 10lb but complete this time. PLEASE kick my but if i look like i am quitting please I really need to do this and get past 185.2lb this is where i seem to get stuck & go back up to my beginning weight 194lb. I had my photo taken for the race for life & i just look like a blob with legs. i do not what to look like this again0 -

Under Calories-Was way over, however I had sushi and not the super fattening kind for dinner and it was delightful
Eat 4 servings of fruit and/or vegetables- I think that I got 2 maybe, this is one of the hardest things for me to do, and not because I dont like them. I love them. Just didnt plan well this week as far as meals, headed to the farmers market on Saturday to stalk up for next week!0 -

for the Thursday challenge i will be swimming today for an hour :bigsmile: !!!!! and eating back AT LEAST half of those calories! swimming makes me HUNGRY!!! lol

FRIDAY CHALLENGE:
Share your favorite low-cal recipes
African Beef Curry
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 small onion, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
Serve over hot cooked rice
Optional toppings: raisins, chopped salted peanuts, and flaked coconuts
In a large saucepan, combine the first 7 ingriedents. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with rice. Garnish with raisins, peanuts and coconut if desired
Yeild 4 servings (1 cup) 205 calories without rice or toppings
I personally love this without any toppings, I serve it over a serving of brown rice. So for a heaping bowl of food it is only 355 calories! This recipe is from the "Taste of Home: Comfort Food Diet" magazine which is an awesome book!0 -
Friday challenge
Fresh Raw - Zuchini, 10 cup
Pablano Pepper, 1 cooked/raw
Fresh - Anaheim Pepper, 1/2 cup (75g)
Peppers - Jalapeno, raw, 3 pepper
Garlic - Raw, 5 clove
Ginger root - Raw, 3 tsp
Del Monte - Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes W/ Zesty Jalapenos, 1 container (1 4/5 cups ea.)
Saute first 6 ingredients. Add tomatoes.
Makes 10 servings.
Calories per serving 46!!!!!!

My first measurements
Neck : 13.4 inches
Waist : 37 inches (i really hope i measured it right)
Hips : 46.6 inches
Thighs : 25.4inches
If i have got this correct that means i have lost some inches :drinker: :bigsmile: How exciting i need to do more exercise now not just walking & doing stuff @ work.0 -

Weighing in at 170.3 this would bring me down 4 pounds since my origional weigh in, I think i was bloated last week because it was my time of the month so not crediting my self with losing 4 pounds, maybe 1 pound but not 4.0 -
