Lose for Labor Day

Our initial weigh in and measurement day will be the Monday July 4th (TODAY!)
The goal:
Lose 10 pounds or more by September 5th. (of course you can still join us if you have less to lose! )
We will also take measurements of only : Neck, Waist, Hips, and Thighs. (MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT Required, but can be motivational on those weeks where you don't see a loss on the scales!)
THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS TO POST A WEIGH IN EVERY MONDAY.... and also measurements if you choose...but they are not required.
If you can't weigh-in today, get your first weigh-in in before next Monday if you can!
But anyone's welcome to join at any point during the challenge.
You come back to this thread to post your results. I will be making a spreadsheet of the loss every week!
I will try to post daily challenges for us. They are not "required", but are there if you want to do them. EVERYTHING WILL BE POSTED ON THIS THREAD!

MONDAY CHALLENGE:

TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
10 cups of water
Under Calories
45 minutes exercise
WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE:
8 Cups Water
Under Calories
Eat 4 servings of fruit and/or vegetables
THURSDAY CHALLENGE:
8 cups water
Exercise for an hour
Eat back at least half of your exercise calories
FRIDAY CHALLENGE:
Share your favorite low-cal recipes
Stay under calories
Do 10 push-ups
SATURDAY CHALLENGE:
Do something outside for at least a half hour
Go through your food diary and see where you need help; post here and we can all help!

Take time for yourself today
Go over your calories if you need to
Drink 10 cups of water

Not going to do the measurement part cause they don't seem to be doing much changing, but I definitely hope to lose 10 lbs by labor day.

I can't stand it... I will miss you all too much if I don't do it. I will still be in, but I want to sincerely thank Insky for completely taking the lead! Girl you rock. Ok...so off to post my measurements and weight. I have to look at the other link so I can make sure it's correct! :0)

Alright, I'm in..I'll give it a honest try. I won't be doing measurements either...my tape is too long and its a pain..I would love to lose 10lbs myself by then. I came in at 186.0

I'll do it!!! Weigh in tomorrow morning. I worked 16 hrs last night and my weight is always wrong the next day0

I have not weighed in today as i forgot but will post tomorrow. I will also do my measurements. I hope to complete this challenge & lose the weight & tone up0 -
My startiing weight is 190.5 I will do the measurements also i have mine wrote down and i will post on labor day how many inches i have lost !0
