U can do this! I helped my husband to get 22 off by eating 5 fruits & veggies/day. He drinks vitamin water & v-8, eats a cliff bar for a snack. Just take the first step. He writes his down in a notebook, but I use MFP to help me get 12#s down. Just try to log your diary & exercise everyday & it will start coming off.…

I'm on a medical shake diet too. You can do it, just put 1/4 cup fruit + vanilla or almond flavoring in your drink. I had 5 fruits/veggies a day & do kettleWorx every other day. I dropped 11 & 5 inches 1st mo. I have to do mine for 12 weeks per my doc. Add me as a friend ok?

I do kettleWorx every other day for 20 min, 5 fruits & veggies/day + 64oz water/day + 2-3 shakes/day. It's working for me & I lost almost 12 pounds the first mo. My husband lost 17.

You're building muscle. One pound is steady and will be long term, you're doing great. How much are you trying to lose?

You also have to drink a lot of water. Your body needs water to get rid of the fat, but don't give up. You have to start somewhere.

Get your thyroid levels & vitamin d & b checked. These can all cause hair loss.

Go to SAMs or Costco & get a bag of protein shake mix w vitamins and minerals, low calories & low carbs. I add 1/4 cup fruit, vanilla or almond, ice & water. I feel better when I drink them.

Try 1200/day for a month & it should come off.
