I go to SAMs Warehouse & buy a bag of Cod (I think that's the one you're talking about), they also have bags of Parmesan crusted tilapia (that's good), and I buy the bags of blackened salmon. My family really likes those.

I eat 1200/day drink low cal shakes + 5 fruits/veggies/day + 64 oz of water. On the weekends I have an off day. SouthBeach has some good low cal recipes, so does Clean Eating & Cooking Light. I eat a lot of those Dole salads you get from Walmart & have apples w string cheese snack or a bar.

No u need more protein & water. I had the same thing after being on a vegan diet. My blood pressure & my blood sugar were both low. I was going too many hours without eating & needed more protein & more water.

The Salmon, rotisserie chicken, shrimp/chicken Caesar (use dressing on side) or meatloaf if I had low calorie intake that day.

I have to eat 1200/day, if I go higher, ill gain & build muscle, but I am losing steadily & watch my carbs.

I'm doing the kettleworkx 6 week program & it's really helped me to tone up all over, quickly. I'm losing the stomach. The back fat by my bra has really gone down. (But I saw a girl on YouTube who lost a lot by doing elliptical & counting calories. I just don't have the energy for elliptical right now).

Hi I'm still new too, trying to figure everything out. I'm not into social media at all, but like MFP to help me log my diet & exercise & to get support from others in the same situation. I used the mfp app on my iPad, but it like connecting thru the web. The formats r different.
